By accessing or using WebServ services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
WebServ provides hosting, domain registration, SSL certificates and related infrastructure services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
You may not use our services for illegal activities, spam, malware distribution, copyright infringement, or any activity that disrupts or overloads our infrastructure. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
Services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Failure to pay may result in service suspension. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new hosting accounts (excludes domain registrations).
We guarantee 99.9% network uptime. Scheduled maintenance and circumstances beyond our control are excluded. Service credits may be issued for downtime exceeding our SLA.
WebServ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
